Affiliate Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Affiliate Program operated by TNT Partners (“We,” “Us,” “Our”). By joining our affiliate program, you (“Affiliate,” “You,” “Your”) agree to comply with these terms.

1. Enrollment in the Program
1.1. To enroll, you must complete and submit the affiliate application form available on our website, tnt-partners.com.
1.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, without the need to provide justification.
1.3. Once approved, you will receive access to your affiliate dashboard and tracking links.

2. Affiliate Obligations
2.1. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and update it as necessary.
2.2. Affiliates shall not engage in any form of spam, misleading advertising, or unethical marketing practices.
2.3. You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
2.4. Affiliates may not impersonate TNT Partners or make claims that are not provided or authorized by us.

3. Prohibited Activities
3.1. Affiliates may not use unauthorized techniques such as cookie stuffing, false or misleading advertising, or deceptive practices.
3.2. The use of offensive, obscene, or illegal content to promote TNT Partners or any brands in the program is strictly prohibited.
3.3. Bidding on branded keywords for any of the brands promoted in the TNT Partners program is forbidden without prior written consent.
3.4. Affiliates are prohibited from using unauthorized celebrity endorsements or impersonating any public figures to promote the program or brands.

4. Affiliate Commissions
4.1. Commission rates are set by TNT Partners and outlined in your affiliate dashboard. Commissions will be based on CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) or other models as agreed upon.
4.2. Commissions will only be paid on valid and qualifying sales or leads tracked via your unique affiliate links.
4.3. Invalid leads or sales, including cancellations, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions, are excluded from commission payments.
4.4. The minimum payout threshold is $1,000. If the threshold is not met, earnings will roll over to the next payout period.

5. Tracking and Reporting
5.1. Affiliates will be provided with unique tracking links to promote TNT Partners’ services.
5.2. We will make every effort to ensure accurate tracking of all leads and sales; however, we are not liable for any tracking issues, technical failures, or delays.
5.3. Affiliates are encouraged to monitor their performance via the affiliate dashboard and report any issues to us promptly.

6. Payout Terms
6.1. Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, net 30 days unless otherwise agreed with your affiliate manager.
6.2. Affiliates are responsible for any transaction fees associated with their chosen payout method.
6.3. Payments will be made in USD, EUR, or other currencies as agreed between TNT Partners and the affiliate.
6.4. If fraudulent activity is detected, payouts will be withheld, and your account may be terminated.

7. Term and Termination
7.1. This agreement shall commence on the date of your acceptance into the program and will remain in effect unless terminated by either party.
7.2. You may terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time by notifying us in writing.
7.3. TNT Partners reserves the right to terminate this agreement and your participation in the program immediately if you breach any terms of this agreement.
7.4. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1. Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the TNT Partners and the brands advertised in the program’s logos, trademarks, and banners provided for promotional purposes only.
8.2. Affiliates may not modify, alter, or create derivative works from the materials provided by us without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. TNT Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate program or this agreement.
9.2. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the program, and we are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.

10. Amendments
10.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes via email or through their dashboard.
10.2. Continued participation in the program following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law
11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by international arbitration rules.
11.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved via international arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body.

12. Miscellaneous
12.1. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the affiliate program and supersedes all prior agreements.
12.2. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
